Ways to Wellness
Loneliness is a feeling of sadness or distress when there is a mismatch between the amount of social connection a person wants and the amount they have. Social isolation is estimated to experienced by one in four Australians for more than 3 days a week and 50% of Australians feel lonely at least one day a week. At Ways to Wellness we can help. Our community link worker will work with you to assist in identifying activities and solutions that are unique to you and will support you to reach your health and wellbeing goals.
